All the bolts and nuts used in the silo connections are galvanized and are 8.8 quality bolts and 8 quality nuts. The 40° angled silo roofs, designed and manufactured considering the feed’s resting angle, offer more storage capacity than the standard 30° roof silos.

The silo body is mounted on single-piece galvanized legs. The durable cross-

bracing between the legs helps maintain the stability and balance of the silo. To better transfer the silo’s weight to the ground, steel plates are placed under each leg and anchored securely.

Anti-Drip Ring: At the junction of the wall sheet and the conical base sheet, the wall sheet extends slightly downward to prevent water droplets caused by rain or moisture from reaching the conical base.

Portable Ladder: Attached to the external ladder of the silo, it ensures ergonomics and safety.

Smooth Conical Base: Dome-headed bolts are used inside the conical base sheets to prevent grain accumulation in the base.
