Elevator Egg Collection System

Our egg collection system operates with an elevator mechanism. Egg belts laid along the egg channels on the egg wires transfer eggs from the tiers to the main egg collector conveyor at the front with precision, using a reducer and transfer system integrated into the collection system. The system is fully automatic, and brushes located at the end of each row clean the egg belts, ensuring that eggs are transported cleanly within the system.

The conveyor reducer, elevator reducer, and cloth belt reducer are equipped with premium-quality motors, with motors ranging in power between 1 and 1.5 HP.
